At the guest house you have the use of a shared bathroom with two showers two sinks and shaving point. There are two separate toilets. All are kept impeccably clean. For €4 each you will receive a hearty continental breakfast that will send you on your way to explore Budapest. There is a guest fridge. You have access to free wifi. Many brochures and city guides. McD's close if you have kids. Other local food vendors are available. Some awesome Turkish meals. A taxi to the airport from Kate's should cost around 3,600 florins if she books it for you. The zoo is a great place to go and see the hippo's and rhinos and big cats were amazing. There are many attractions to see. Visit heroes square which is 3km walk from Kate's. There are many trams outside Kate's and the large metro station is maybe 5 minutes walk away.
Her children were fantastic and well behaved and were very helpful in telling us places to go and see. They all spoke excellent English. Kate was most helpful in securing a taxi back to the airport saving us nearly half in price for what it would have cost should we have done it ourselves. Its a simple dwelling but I've stayed at many 5 star complexes/spas and guesthouses that had less friendly and attentive staff. She has only been open less than a year so she can only improve. If you want something close to the centre that will be really cost effective thus giving you the ability to see more then pop and see Kate.
I would have loved the ability to pay by card. There are many bank machines and banks nearby however.
