Great hotel, very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms have character and quite spacious. Very modern. Small gym but empty everytime I went. Good breakfast. Felt like a small hotel, service was great. Location was very walkable to many restaurants/cafes

Room tip: Quite modern, took me awhile to find the blackout curtains (electric switch at entry of room).

Really a beautiful hotel and we'd certainly stay here again.

We stayed for 5 nights in May 2019. Check in was a breeze. We were early and our room wasn't ready but we got a couple of welcome drinks and were made very comfortable in the lobby. Professional and courteous staff everywhere.

We were very surprised after check in to find we were given an upgrade to a most beautiful, big and comfortable room. It was also very clean and very modern. The hotel itself is like this.

Very comfortable bed and linens. Turn down service in the evening was nice. Safe in the room. Mini bar and snacks in the room for a price. We didn't bother. So many good places to eat out of the hotel and very close by.

We had an issue with the big, deep tub in the room. It is almost impossible to get out of it and there are no safety grab bars for either getting in or out. This would be a wise addition for the hotel to make. The big shower was lovely but the water didn't fully drain away from the floor where you entered it. That meant you stepped into water on the way out of the shower and it had the possibility to weep into the bathroom. Slippery. Again, grab bars might make a person feel better about this. Lastly, I wanted to use the make up mirror to check the back of my hair but it doesn't reach far enough over the sink to do so. I wonder if this can be fixed?

The location of this hotel is excellent. Right at Liberty Square park and a 'magical' fountain and a small pop up Holocaust memorial. Very close to American embassy and parliament building at the far side of the park and going the other direction, only about 2 or 3 blocks to St. Stephen's Basilica. 3 blocks to the Danube! So, we walked many places and even walked over the bridge to catch the funicular up to Buda Castle/Fisherman's Bastion.

We really loved this hotel but the breakfast was really not much to speak of compared to other hotels of the same quality. We did eat in the Na-Pasta restaurant a couple of times and it was really good. Limited menu and all Italian. We came to Budapest for Hungarian. Again, so many places to eat outside of the hotel and very nearby.

The hot tub/spa area was small but okay. Nothing particularly interesting to say about this.

The hotel offers to arrange car service to and from the airport. We took advantage of this. Very reasonable price and good service.

Room tip: Ask for a room with a view of the park or October Street.

What can I say we have one night left and I don’t want to leave.
The hotel is beautiful and I love that they are using eco products.
Our room is amazing the entrance hall has become our yoga space thats how big the rooms are, we have a bath and shower and the loo is in a separate cubical! The products in the bathroom smell beautiful there is shampoo conditioner body wash and body lotion!
The staff are so friendly and helpful and we were greeted with a glass of fizz! Perfect
The location is brilliant so close to everything and some gorgeous bars and restaurants nearby.
You also get free access to the spa at the hotel!
If you come to Budapest this is the place to stay.
