My husband and I have had many memorable meals over the past 30+ years at many wonderful restaurants. This is yet another we will never forget. The setting is idyllic, atop the Fishermans Bastion overlooking the Danube and Pest below. As the sun went down and the lights of the major buildings came on it was a magical sight. The food is excellent - that creative yet restrained touch that was certainly Hungarian in its foundation but cosmopolitan in its expression. The staff were attentive and informative, the music romantic if a bit overwhelming at times. It is hard to believe that this is a relatively new establishment - just opened for 3 years. We would recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or even if you are a visitor. Well done all round.
