as a previous reviewer compared this place to starbucks- i couldnt disagree more, although yes plenty of people sitting at laptops (thats what happens with free wifi...although im not complaining) this place did have a nice atmosphere and was busy when we arrived. the decor is certainly ticks the trendy/eco box and its more independant feel than international chain. Great coffees and food and friendly staff will be recommending to my friends who visit next month

Ecocafe was a little taste of home, the coffee is outstanding, with a barista who knows what he is doing. The food was fresh, organic and incredibly tasty. I highly recommend this cafe and the service & food were second to none in Budapest.

Nice café with all eco-produced food and drinks. Freshly pressed orange-, apple- and grapefruit. Homemade bread and cakes, but the best of it all, you can get your lactose-free capuccino or if you're allergic, get it with soyamilk! Great atmosphere and free WIFI of course!
So for me personally; the first and the best capuccino in Budapest!
Saludos!

This place is a bit like a Starbucks (complete with people sat staring into their laptops) but very friendly and reasonably priced. We got two lovely coffees and shared a sandwich, slice of pizza and a pastry for less than £10. It's well worth a visit for a quick pit stop.

Small, crowded when weather is bad as no one sits outside. But no one rushes you out. Excellent coffee. Employees delightful. Lots of regulars/locals.
