Stayed in mid-Sept 2011 and had a very positive experience. The staff were really lovely: having had some bad experiences in recent times (Prague is particularly dire for customer service) it was a pleasure to have friendly, smiling, helpful staff. The hotel is good value (c.E50 B&B for a single traveller) and well situated near to the Metro (just 3 stops from the key intersecting stop) but also possible to walk into town. The hotel is newly built and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fine - although perhaps could have been slightly more varied. Free Wi-Fi and iPads in reception - although the Wi-Fi signal was a bit ropey in my room.

Two minor downpoints:
- the immediate vicinity is a little run-down - although the area is on the up with a brand new large shopping precinct around 50M away
- I was sent to the wrong station to pick up the bus to go the airport (need to get off at the penultime rather the last station on the blue line while building work is going on)

All in all an excellent stay - and Budapest is a fantastic city!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on business, and I have to say it was great ! for sure I will come back. Hotel is mainly with guest visiting Hungary, but it has all the perks a classic business hotel offers and for a fraction of the price ! Staff is young but very friendly and super efficient. Well done ! cool thing are the ipads at your disposal on the lounge at entry + a playstation 3 in case you need some gaming... really cool place I strongly recommend it !

I stayed in this new Hotel with my family and I have to say, I think it is my favorite Hotel for family trips in Budapest. Why?
First I was shocked a bit of the area how it looked, but after a resting night, I could see that there are mostly olther people living there and hauses are in a renewing process (some of them). So the area is not the nicest but it is calm, so you can sleep peacefully and it is safe, there. And there is a mal like 100 meters away. The Hotel it selfe is cleane, modern and has everything you need for a city trip. By the way, the stuff is trying to read your wishes from your eyes, and they are very helpful. During the week, the owner himself is in the Hotel and you can talk to him, I think this is superb. And the city center is very easally reachable, just like the main sights and the best restaurants. I think the area will be soon popular.
So all in all, this Hotel is not the cheapest, in it´s category, but I think it is the most recommendable. Enjoy your stay.

Room Tip: We had a connecting room, since my parents were with us, and that was perfect.

Delighted with this recently opened hotel in central Budapest. Reserved here at last minute due to postponed flight. Friendly staff. Drinks served from reception area with tables. Ordered a red wine, pleasant. Were told wine came from hotel owners vineyard.
Agree with another reviewer, rooms on ground level would be noisy, avoid. Free wireless is big plus! Good signal throughout hotel including top floors.
Breakfast was much better than expected. Hot & cold items with 3 kinds of juices & great coffee. Especially liked the big bowl of yogurt, great with fruit.
Considering the accommodations, wireless, included breakfast, & great price, this is a great value & would certainly stay again. Driving through the city, I remember how pretty it is & how much I'd like to return someday soon.
Would recommend to friends.

Room Tip: Avoid ground floor rooms..they are noisy

my friends and I stayed here this summer and its a nice little hotel for a few days in Budapest. The hotel is in Pest and a bit far out from the touristy laces but there`s a tram and Metro round the corner and its easy to get into the centre. The rooms were clean, veru comfortable, everything is new and modern, breakfast buffet simple yet satisfactory. Staff were very helpful, definately would recommend this place. The only downer was it wasn`t smack bang in the middle of the centre otherwise good choice.

Modern, simple but very efficent hotel. Great for 1-2 days stays. Clean, well furnished, AC available, free wifi in every room and IPads in the lobby (love the idea!). Sauna and fitness on the groundfloor rather small (2 fitness machines and sauna good for max. 3 people).
10 minutes walk to the river bank and to all places of interest.
Very professional, kind and helpful staff.
Left-luggage office available.
Highly recommend!

This was by far the best value hotel we stayed in all over Europe! The rooms where amazing and the breakfast wonderful. We paid 43Euros per night for a double room, we never could even stay in backpackers again for this price for 2 people. The rooms are lovely, it feels like a 4*hotel and has everything you need. The linen are white, crisp and new, our room even had live orchids in our room, it also had a big screen tv and desk. The bathroom is beautiful and the hotel overall feels brand new. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast was a big spread and they even gave us champagne at breakfast, what a spoil! Even at a much higher price I would recommend this hotel and go back again and again. The hotel has free wifi and down in the reception area it even has 2 iPad's that anyone can use to surf the internet, it also have a lovely bar and lounge area. The staff was very helpful and even printed bus tickets for us. So even if you are on a budget or used to luxury, you can stay here.
