“Worth another visit”
Reviewed March 8, 2013 via mobile

Different ambience quiet tho as we came in the afternoon before the evening customers came in. We had a variety of meals all prepared quickly and served quickly. Although sweet wine recommended was expensive.

“Forget it!”
Reviewed January 25, 2013

If you like really fat food, slow service and a restaurant there the temperature is so high that you sweat, this is the place for you. BUT the atmosphere is great, and there are a lot of things to look at while you are waiting for 2 hours...

Dont't have dinner - just have a look!

“BRILLIANT ! Go down the corridor in to an amazing place !”
Reviewed January 12, 2013

This is a great beautiful building, well priced food (£50 for two mains, bottle of wine and Two gin and tonics). A GREAT waitress who's name we didn't get but she has black curly hair and a great smile and a great way with customers. She was busy so forgot the odd thing
But it didn't matter. Lovely lady! Food great and traditional. It is VERY MUCH worth going down the corridor and opening the door to take a look and that will make your mind up. Lovely traditional interior. I had the lamb knuckle but its basically lamb shank. Well recommended!
