We visited this restaurant and made a booking for the following evening at 19.30. I saw their receptionist write it in their booking list.
On returning the following evening we were told that we could only have a table for one hour. They said that they had made 'an error with the booking'. They said they had tried to phone me during the day but I had not received a call and there were no missed calls.
If they were anyway concerned I'm sure that they could have got us in as it is quite a large place.
