Good facility, worst service ever. We bought a ticket for 15 occasion, however, after using it 12 times the staff did not let us in claiming its expired. Their system showed an incorrect date as per them, and we’ve been misinformed they claimed. They recommended us to write a complaint e-mail in order to fix the situation so they can review it in the upcoming days, but that’s not why people travel there to relax... The main problem was not that we did not get in, but the way the staff (especially the so called supervisor) treats paying customers, even after they admitted the issue happened on their side. Huge disappointment, will never return.

No other spa or pool has more trees and natural shadow and fresh air than this one in Budapest. Thanks to the improvements in the ast years the level and range of services became outstanding, too. The prices went higher, too, but neither the wellness services nor the culinary possibilities compare to the ones a few years ago.
