Owner description: The Aquaworld is one of the biggest indoor water theme parks in Europe offers unforgettable entertainment to visitors of every age throughout the year. The adventure centre is covered by a giant dome, 5-storey high and of a diameter of 72 m. It is so big it could host comfortably a family of blue whales, the biggest animals on Earth. The monumental replica Angkor temple surrounded by suspension bridges, towers and pools is a breath-taking sight. The world of the "serene statues" is a perfect counterpoint to the use of the most modern architectural and technical solutions, in line with the Aquaworld conception, to create a modern shrine of aquatic culture offering complex adventures to visitors. Aquaworld is located on the northern outskirts of Budapest, at the Pest abutment of Megyeri Bridge, along the M0 ring, in a green area, yet close to the town centre. It has an outdoor car park with a capacity of more than 1000, easily accessible via the Aquaworld exit of the new Budapest M0 ring.

Went here with my grilfriend. Approx 5000 huf
From the city with cab and the same in entrance fee for 1 adult. Nice park with 8 longer slides and a big outside area for sunbathing.

This is a very high level waterpark in Hungary. There are 7 or 8 slides with different difficulties, 2 entertainment pools, wide variety of saunas, 2 jacuzzis, 2 outside pools for adults and one for children (there is an inside pool for children too). The restaurant and the coffee is OK, but in summertime, during lunchtime, it takes quite long while you get your food or drink, but this is bearable.

During summer (mainly weekend days) animators are working there (water gym, archery, games for children, etc.).

The park is very clean, but during wintertime, the water seems to be a bit cool. During summertime, especially at weekends, big crowd can be expected.

I love this place, this is the best water park in Hungary at all!

We used to go the Water Theme Park for swimming and using the saunas but more and more people are coming even in the morning time so you cannot swim very well and saunas are also crowded and the area doesn't really smell good.

Takes ages to get there, first underground to ulpest, then bus 30, then a long 15mins walk through industrial wasteland. Swimming pool looks delapidated and dirty, kitsch sculptures, old grannies lying in large whirlpool while chewing gum. Loved the warning sign stuck on with plaster when going out for outdoor minipool. Staff looked depressed, probably underpaid. Hotel looked like a cheap
Motel Shack from outside. No food worthwhile. Lots of moustache and pot bellies, huge car park, expensive admission 5000 forint each. Stench of chloride
