We've been in this restaurant couple of times. It serves great, rich in taste, and reasonably priced dishes.
Prices are lower than most restaurants in the city (3 starters, 2 mains and 2 glasses of good wine cost us about 30 Euros, inc. service. Also - have a look in their website, there is an english menu there), the food quality is better, and the portions are quite filling.
The location is very central (2 min. walk from Astoria). The goulash soup is recommended, as well as the Venison stew and the fried Tihany camambert. Another highlight is the veal ragu soup with porchini mushrooms. The restaurants' staff knows very good english and was very polite.
Whenever we'll be back in Budapest - this is our 1st choice to eat!
