Da Raffaello is found in a corner of the city that's not particularly well known for its restaurants. This makes it an unlikely target for the downtown foodies, but an obvious ones for people in the neighbourhood. And that's Da Raffaello: a child-friendly, family-friendly Italian place, with good cooking, moderate prices and - although it consists of one fairly large room - a family atmosphere. The food is mostly as authentic as you can get in Hungary (this is not one of those fake-Italian outfits), and the service is both competent and friendly. The restaurant has demonstrated a consistent level of quality over a number of visits across several months.
This is not an exclusive establishment, but a great place for a relaxing lunch - especially if you are bringing the kids.
