Very nice hotel, excellent rooms and public areas, friendly staff and obviously the awesome aquaworld and spa. Free wifi and secure underground car park. Slightly overpriced in general. I can recommend this one for a family stay with children or for a little break away spa session.

Really high standard hotel. Large, modern and well furnished room, fabulous bathroom. Spa is good including Natur Spar!!! Restaurant is buffet and there is a good selection of food and quality is also good. It could be hotter and would/ should be easy to resolve. Waiter service is fast (perhaps too quick) as soon as a plate is used it is removed. Sadly we had 2 incidents which highlighted the petty nature of the Restaurant Manager, the second one did result in a satisfactory result but was unnecessary and spoilt the last day of our holiday. A pot of tea was ordered and a second T Bag requested, the 2nd T Bag resulted in the cost for 2 pots of tea.. After a somewhat heated discussion he relented - a sachet of ketchup was also chargeable!

This hotel is a reasonable distance from the centre and is marketed with a shuttle bus to the centre. This shuttle runs seldom throughout the day and not to the centre - a metro ride is also necessary to get to the centre. We learned this from a fellow guest. We also made our own enquiries re public transport from the hotel which ran far more frequently and it would have been useful to have known this as the outset by the Hotel staff.

Our package was sold as room only and I firmly believe this is a mistake - there is nothing at all in the vicinity - it is impractical there is no choice.

We enjoyed out stay but felt there should be better customer service. A complaint re the air conditioning was not resolved and there was no follow up - it was ignored!

We have stayed at Ramada hotel just recently for three nights during Easter break. Hotel has higher standard, therefore rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Staff is very nice and helpful. We had issue with fusebox in our room (power outlets stopped working – probably by our fault) and technician appeared in few minutes after we asked for help. The same happened with bathrobe for our 1 year son. As there were only two adult bathrobes, we simply asked for extra one for small child and got it in less than half an hour.

As for food, it is a little bit behind this hotel standard. Selection was wide enough but taste was nothing special or extraordinary. Not bad, but not above average in most cases.

We had a chance to visit wellness zone which is connected to Aquaworld. As it was Easter break and weather was not very nice, hotel was really full and so was the Aquaworld. I can imagine that if there was less people, the impression would be far better (place to put our belongings, smaller queues in restaurant, or to water slides).

Neighbourhood of the hotel is nothing exceptional, you have to consider, it is outskirts of Budapest. We travelled to Tropicarium by car during our stay which is around 30 minutes by car.

At the end, we had good time but it would be more relaxing perhaps in less busy period.

The hotel and room are very nice but a little expensive. Aqua world complex is quite nice but if you have kids under 1.30 cm you can forget it,they will not be allowed on the most of the slides. The slides are crowed almost all the time ( We stayed for Ester Friday to Mondey). Slides are ok but not really top quality, I still managed to hurt my elbow and my wife the fingers....maybe is because of us. All the employees are polite and if you ask them somth. they help even if they are not all very good on English. The Complex was a little hard to finde on the GPS but if you put the data from their site you will get there. If you wanna visit Budapes with your own car and you do not wanna wait for their free shuttlebus change some mony in coins at the reception for the parking machines.Brekfast and dinner are quite OK but the drinks for dinner are not included ! Any way they are not so expensiv. All together was a nice trip.
