We had a fab stay here last week, it’s such a lovely friendly place very laid back, clean, green, arty and right in the centre of things!
On our arrival Thomas greeted us and asked us what we wanted to see, and gave us lots of tips on quiet places to drink and places of interest. We were able to walk to the Gellért hotel about a 15 minute walk away for some amazing Art Deco thermal spa therapy and got a 24 hr travel card to visit further a field. Plenty of coffee and eating places right on your front door step. On once you’ on the top floor, it’s the best! You are able to relax away from the hubbub of the city, enjoy!

This is a really great value hostel in a super location for exploring Budapest. The decor is pretty unique, rooms are a fair size and the staff are really helpful. For a hostel, its pretty well appointed and pretty clean but it is a hostel or budget hotel so there's no air conditioning and most rooms have shared facilities. Shame that a few visitors didn't realise that and were quite disappointed on arrival.....
Be aware that the hostel is on the top floor and there's no lift - there's about five flights of stairs which can be pretty intimidating after a long day.
Don't forget to bring cash - the hostel does not have credit card facilities and they would prefer that you settle the bill in local currency on arrival....

Good location. Good value. We stayed in a private room with private bathroom. Very clean. Friendly staff. Loved the decor, one of the best hostels we have stayed in. Note there are a lot of stairs up to this property! no lifts - this was not a problem for us. The entrance looks a bit weird at first but the property is beautiful once you reach the top.

Staying in this Hostel was one of the best hotel/hostel experiences I’ve ever had. Friendly and Helpful at all hours, clean and organised communal area with a fridge and cooking facilities as well as so many great things to read and look at. Our room was very clean and covered in their signature great art work with a very good shower, bed and amazing view of the national museum. Cannot recommend enough and hope to return in the summer.

We stayed with my sister in a private double en suite room. It was a really nice experience to stay in a room fully painted by hand. The staff is young and cool. We highly reccomend, The location is really convenient, on a central street in front of the national museum of Budapest walking distance to Danube river.
