We chose this hotel based on Tripadvisor recommendations. It was every bit as good, if not better, than reviewers before us stated. The reception area is extremely attractive as are the rooms. The elevator was convenient and the air conditioning worked well despite the 90+ degree temperatures. There is an excellent complimentary breakfast with both hot and cold choices. We stayed on the fifth floor which made the room perfectly quiet, but I imagine it could be noisy on lower floors since people gather at the small park across the street. All of these features plus a central location made this hotel a perfect choice for us.

Room Tip: Higher floors are likely less noisy.

We stayed five days in this hotel.very nice design interior. Had room 121 on the first floor. Nice room, spotless clean. Great rainshower. Absolute quiet room. Airco worked perfect. Good breakfast. We could buy tickets for the szechenyi baths at the reception. The lounge with free coffee, tea, bottled water and nibbles till 17.00 o'clock was perfect. Great wifi in the lounge and in our room. One day I forgot my iphone in the lounge. A staff member brought it back to me in a minute!
Location is good: bus 9, tram 4 and 6 and metro 3 and 4 within a few minutes walking. We felt perfectly safe.

Air conditioning quiet , a treat as temp was 30 plus outside . Complimentary tea, coffee, bottled water ,nibbles till 5pm every day . Organised and bought tickets for hop on and hop off bus . Very good value . Plus bought tickets to szecheni baths from reception . Barman was lovely and chatty . Spoke good English and made the best Mojito ever !
A lovely hotel , breakfast plentiful . Would not hesitate to recommend . Location perfect ! Just a 10 / 15 min walk to most places . Free wifi perfect

A group of us stayed at the Palazzo Zichy before our riverboat trip and all 11 of us were impressed with the entire hotel. Judit had arranged transportation for us from the airport to the hotel and the driver was waiting when we cleared Customs. The 2 receptionists at check-in made our arrival flawless. The hotel was immaculate and the rooms were very comfortable. Judit even made a reservation for us at the Muzeum Restaurant (great dinner) which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious. An exceptional hotel in all respects.

Will sound like a lot of the other reviewers, but the hotel is lovely, room was clean with a very comfy bed, and very quiet air-con - which was essential as it was very warm in the evenings. The staff are very friendly, and nothing is too much for them. We particularly liked the fact that there was free tea, coffee and free water until 5pm. Just a shame that we were only there for five days, as there was still lots left to do. Hopefully we will be back one day!

Room Tip: Our room faced in towards the atrium, so was nice and quiet

We spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel. We arrived at 0900 and were allowed an early check in with no problem. The check in was quick and efficient and the staff very friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean and more than adequate. The shower was great but my husband got the tile floor wet and when he stepped out of the shower he slipped and fell. (No injury) We had ordered the discover Budapest package and cab ride to the airport. All was arranged when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was huge and items refilled quickly and efficiently. The wait staff acknowledged me with a cheerful greeting making breakfast a very pleasant experience. Every time we walked in the door the girls at the front desk had a cheerful greeting for us. All in all a very pleasant experience. Also several good restaurants near by.

Room Tip: I can't imagine there is a bad room in the house.

Excellent hotel, which is located a bit away from city centre of Pest side of Budapest but still close enough for a walk.

Hotel staff was professional and friendly. Also no issues with hotel room (very clean, modern, no bath but shower (+ 1 point) and free WLAN/Internet).

Breakfast was served with very rich ingredients and there were enough seats for large amount of people in case of rush hour. All possible could be found from there. One shouldn't have any difficulties to fill up for whole day.

Unfortunately this hotel seem to be known and it may be fully booked. Now at least I know which hotel to check first when visiting Budapest.

Thank You !
