Disappointing, apart from the first bar visited, we were the only party in all the bars that followed. Maybe going forward, bars visited should GE the more busy, vibey bars

Odea (Mongolian Queen)
Was simply amazing, the history regarding this beautiful city was fabulously told. Odea is funny and a brilliant tour guide 🥰
Our tour guide Kinga was our conduit for Budapest's many voices, from the founding father St.Stephen to the many Jews killed on the banks of the Danube. Every question she answered with enthusiasm and passion, pointing out small significant scenes often more enthralling than the main attractions. We are incredibly grateful to have been able to spend time with her and the amazing city she stands for!
Our tour guide, Bogey, was terrific and very knowledgeable. We were able to modify our tour based upon sites we had already visited which we really loved. I can strongly recommend this trip and would do it again in the future.
I wanted to do the group tour so wrote to the company prior to my trip. While no group tours were taking place during my stay, they quickly arranged a private tour for me. A few weeks later I wanted to change the time, and it was no problem. I was very happy with Ferenc's communication.
I suppose as tour is only as good as the guide you happen to get and I was very lucky with mine, Bogi. She was extremely knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, and really made the tour fun. The castle district was crazy crowded but we somehow skirted the crowds. That was the main reason I wanted to do this area via tour rather than on my own, and it was well worth it.
This tour is a great value - I would have been satisfied paying the same amount (around 60 euro) for a group tour, so for a private, individualized experiences it's really a bargain. I would not hesitate to book again with this company.
We spent a beautiful Sunday yesterday on a private walking tour of Budapest. Our guide, Odea, was truly amazing. Even though she is not originally from Hungary, her knowledge of the history and culture could not have been better. Odea took us to a couple of her favorite local places, first for coffee and chimney cakes and later for lunch. This tour definitely exceeded our expectations.
