“a must to see”
Reviewed June 12, 2013

it does not matter if you are Jewish or not it is a must to see. the number 2 tram (last Stop) will take you there, or you can walk along the Danbue. it is a part of histiory and must be seen and the story must be told so it does not happen again. we saw groups of schools learning about the :shoes: it is a heart wrenching part of our history.

“poignant”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

simple but poignant memorial, fortunately got to see it the day before they disappeared under the flood water, worth dropping by and spending a moment to contemplate the evil they were subjected to!

“Breath taking”
Reviewed June 7, 2013

This is both sad and amazing. It really puts all the history into reality for me. Standing there and thinking what those poor people endured is heart breaking. As a history buff I'd say do not miss this amazing opportunity. Plus it's free. With the road works it was hard to get to. Walk down from the main green bridge along the river. Do not try and cross that motorway!
