A country restaurant just outside Maribor, which has a number of dining rooms as well as an outside terrace for eating. There are good country views from the terrace and some dining rooms, including over vineyards used to make the rather good homemade wine they serve.. The food is simple but very well done, with some local specialties. Very meat based cuisine was served although there was a nice whole sea bass and also calamari, both excellent. There was an emphasis on deep fried dishes, but with beef or mushroom soup, a side salad and a dessert included in the price of the main course, and good local wine, makes this a good vale and enjoyable experience.
