My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant for a late snack after arriving in Ljubljana that evening. It was close to where we were staying - though a little bit away from the city centre. Saying that, though, as Ljubljana is so small it remains easy to walk to! We benefitted from the fact that this place is as much a bar as a restaurant, though it seems to keep serving food late on as we ate near 11pm. The food was plentiful, and the prices were good. If you are after a meal that is simple and will fill you up cheaply, this is the place to be. The quality is average at best, though I don't think you would hunt this place out if you were after a nice, quiet, or romantic meal. However, this place markets itself more as a place to grab a quick, decent meal along with a beer and it definitely fulfils that. The food on offer was Bosnian, which in a way is similar to Turkish food, with various kebabs and sausages on offer, although there is also a reasonable selection of vegetarian options on the menu!

We came here on the first night we spent in Ljubljana/Slovenia, and seeing the prices, expected the meals to be small, tapas-style. As a result, we ordered far too much food! Consistently with our other experiences in Slovenia, staff were nice and helpful. The food was nice, not spectacular but definitely worth what you were paying for it! As a vegetarian, I was particularly excited about the borek (which I love from Turkish food, and was excited to discover is a feature of Bosnian food as well!)
This place is open late and filled with locals, it's nice even to just sit and have a beer at late in the evening. It's the best place to eat/drink in the area, and can be a nice change from the bustling (though adorable) city centre.
