Just around the corner to the Castle Inn, we were taken by Polish people who go for celebrations, very cheap , good value, good food, good atmosphere

A nice atmosphere on a cobblestoned street to have a lovely lunch in the sun. We tried the Bigos and Peirogis and they were delicious.

Very nice and tasty home-made traditional food. A wide choice of hot and cold snacks. Budget wise - very acceptable. For a lunch of three (three main dishes and three alcoholic beverages), we paid around 10 EUR....Very fast and friendly service, we liked it.

We enjoyedour dinner at Barbacan, the food was very tasty - dumplings and crab for starters, roast duck, roast trout and porterhouse steak for mains, apple pie for dessert. Beer and wine all added up to $ 90 Australian dollars. Great value for money served nicely in lovely surroundings.

We enjoyed a light polish lunch. The soup served in a bread bowl is particularly nice and filling! The bigos is a mixture of sausage and sauerkraut - hearty and tasty. The prices seemed to be good value for the Old Town area. This is on a quieter street just a minute past the barbicon. Horse carriages going by every few minutes add to the ambiance.
