Description: Dom Polski Restaurant in the Saska Kepa district of Warsaw ideally reflects the Polish national climate and character. It is located in a beautiful, large house, with a cozy garden open to the public in summer season. The cuisine is typically Polish, but already with leaner accents: plenty of fish, venison, poultry. The atmosphere, excellent style and elegance will satisfy the most demanding tastes. The restaurant is opened the year round from noon to the last guest. The maximum number of people whom we can invite to be seated in the restaurant at one time is 180; for buffet receptions we can accommodate up to 250 guests. The restaurant is as an ambassador in his own country. The menu includes a variety of dishes available throughout the year. The menu is supplemented with the Four Seasons offer, specifying dishes of the given season. The cuisine is light, with reduced fat. An additional attraction are the Sunday family brunches at PLN 89.00

4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2014 via mobile

Went here on a very wet warsaw night I enjoyed the food a wine not as cheap as other restaurants in Warsaw but at 35 pounds for 3 courses and a cocktail and a after dinner spirit it is well worth it

“Good food, nice setting”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 11, 2014

Was a little confused when I stood in front of Dom Polski; the restaurant looks more like a typical Polish house. But, once greeted by the friendly staff, I sat down on the garden terrace with a very good feeling. A perfect setting on this beautiful day in August. Came here for lunch and just followed the recommendations of the staff, which turned out to be a good decision: crusty pancakes with salmon as starter and duck as main course. A hearty lunch! It is certainly not the best meal I have ever had, but I would recommend Dom Polski for the very friendly service, the setting and ambiance. Dom Polski is far from the center and the old town, so you will need a taxi if you stay on that side of the river. To me the furniture in the garden looks very kitschy, others might just like it for that reason.

“An AMAZING place to wine and dine.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 11, 2014

We went to Dom Polski for a business lunch. I'm not easily impressed, but this place was truely amazing. You can't see much from the outside, but once inside the place is a piece of art. The decor is fantastic, service impecable and the food delicious. All of that topped up with some really nice wines. The delicious Meringue cake was just an added icing on the cake. As for pricing, I think its quite reasonable for the quality of food, service and surrounding. I'll be returning there soon!

“They keep high standards, but its rather expensive place to dine”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 11, 2014

Good place for special occasion or to celebrate anniversary. Most customers are business visitors. Many customers are expats and foreigners. Service is on high standards plus seasonal menu are at mine favourite.

“Gourmet Polish”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2014

If you think Polish cuisine is kielbasa, think again. The service, the atmosphere, the food truly reflect the Polish hospitality and food I knew as part of Polish culture. Our server Robert could not have been more helpful in his suggestions nor more charming in his attention, (just enough. no hovering.) We shared the pate trio-- Robert took care of it on individual plates! Pate was wonderful. Next came the cold soups-- no rushing here. We were allowed to savor the wonderful and refreshing flavors. The duck and venison entrees were next. The duck was excellent with its contrasting sweet sauce, but the venison was a wow! Dessert--way too much for one person -- was lovely (Strawberries with egg cream!), followed by hazelnut liqueur and espresso. Our bill came to approximately $150--including aperitifs and a lovely Spanish red wine (also a Robert recommendation). What a lovely way to spend our last night in Warsaw and in Poland! Should we return to Warsaw, Dom Polski is a definite return. Why wouldn't you want to return to a Polish home- the meaning of Dom Polski. Dzienkuje to Robert and everyone else for a wonderful, us rushed dinner.
