My wife and I spent 3 hours here awaiting a bus on to another city. We ate, drank and enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff were nothing but attentive and did not rush us. Great to spend time in such a good place with history and a fabulous ambiance. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good laid back meal or drinks.

Half a block from the Warsaw Marriott, this was a hub for Pole that wanted to listen to the Voice of America and hear the Beatles sing. Both of which were punishable by being sent to prison or worse. The food is excellent and a good place to stop for just a bowl of hot soup on a cold winter day or night or a full meal. Highly recommend. Staff is most gracious.

This was right around the corner from our hotel and we stopped in a number of times for either a full meal, or a beverage and snack or breakfast. This café has a very interesting history, ask the staff to tell you about it.

Very pleased with our visit to Radio Cafe. During our week in Warsaw, we ordered Zurek several times, this was the best. We also experienced the pig knuckle with tender, fall off the bone meat. Finished off with apple pancakes and vanilla ice cream; the best!

Radio Cafe is a small home-style, out-of-the-way cafe in Warsaw, but just around the corner from the downtown Marriott Hotel. My wife grew up in Milwaukee, and I visited there often in the old days on the Polish side of the city, and tonight we went back home! Polish food like my mom-in-law used to make! No, even better! This is a small place with an indoors that feels like the neighbors', and with outdoor seating on the sidewalk. On a Friday evening in September at 20:00, we felt lucky to get a table outside. Table candle lamps, umbrellas over the tables, and a Polish-style atmosphere. Now the great part -the food! Cabbage rolls carefully seasoned with a light tomato sauce. Beef roll-ups in a bed of buckwheat. Two kinds of Polish pickles on the side. Excellent wine list, and even a helpful sheet of paper on the table to customers about FAQs - the tipping customs in Poland, what wines are recommended, etc. Wonderfully efficient young waiters who like to tell you about the restaurant and the city. Absolutely the best food my wife and I have had in about 20 years! Finally, Poland, as of this writing, is not very expensive. A bottle of wine, two entrees, coffee = less than $50. Try to find a deal like that anywhere else in Europe!
