Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre
Ranked #11 of 127 Hotels in Warsaw
Certificate of Excellence

The hotel is very elegant, yet modern at the same time. Hotel staff is really nice, polite and available 24h. I've never stayed in a Hilton before (although I have stayed at the Embassy Suites several times) so I can't compare it to others, but I really liked it.

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a flat screen TV, but not too spacious. What I really enjoyed were the floor-to-ceiling windows. They give you a very nice view at Warsaw.
Bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. You receive the standard bathroom accessories such as shampoo and conditioners. You can ask at front desk for shaving and teeth-brushing kits which are free of charge.
High speed internet is available in rooms, but it comes with a price of about US $25 per night.
What really surprised me at the Hilton Warsaw was the breakfast which had a very wide selection of foods.
The hotel atmosphere is very international. Rarely you will find guests speaking Polish there.

A taxi from the Okecie Airport will cost you about US $10 - $15.

I only can add to previous reviewers: the hotel benefits from welcoming staff. On arrival I was checked in by a very polite receptionist in my mother tounge (which I found exceptional). The executive lounge experience was the best ever! When asking for a cup of coffee after check in (at 10.50 hrs) we were offered breakfast (the buffet is until 11.00 hrs). The table was set for us and at 11.05 we were kindly asked if there is anything more we need, because the buffet will end. The lounge manager was very knowledgable, welcoming and helpful to all guest - us included.
There was a disappointment with the evening menue in the restaurant. But I must admit that we missed to complain timely. Nevertheless, a professional cook should not add too much sugar into the sauce that it overly sweetens the meal, that in itself had items on the sweet side.
Housekeeping was reliable and worked thoroughly. The room was pleasant and on the larger side. Door men greated each time we left or came back to the hotel.
I thought the hotel would be much more out of the way. It was well connected to the centre by two bus lines which stop nearby. At check out we took advantage of the limousine service they offer. We had a comfortable and affordable ride to the airport.
For the whole week we stayed there, it was a luxurious home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is not my first stay, and definitely not the last! The moment you walk inside you feel welcome. And if you have stayed there a few times, they will recognise you and welcome you back. What an excellent staff!

Rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a huge King bed, a small sofa a glass desk and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has separate shower and bath tub. Beautiful views of Warsaw if you are on one of the top floors (Executive floors). If you are not staying on the Executive floor, I would recommend the King Hilton Deluxe. They are corner rooms, with 3 huge double-aspect floor-to-ceiling windows. Very bright rooms with great views.

The only thing I don't like about this hotel is the location. It's not far from the city center, but far enough for me to use taxi everytime I'm going out.

Liked least: Location

A few people mentioned that Hilton is the best hotel in Warsaw. It's easy to belive. Rooms are the same as in any other Hilton, but service, cleanliness, fitness center and breakfast buffet are definitely exceptional. Internet is not cheap, but not too expensive either. There was a promotion at the time I've been there and at just over US$80 it was a great deal. Although fitness center is used by locals as well as hotel guests, it's never been too crowded, 25m swimming pool is great and they don't use chlorine (not sure what they use, but it looked as clean as everything else in the hotel). Yes, it's not so close to the old town, but 20min walk was rather good. Tried dinner at the hotel once, was good, but there are plenty of good places to eat in a short walking distance too.

Spent four nights here with my spouse.

This property is in an area that is currently being redeveloped. It is very close to the Rising Museum (a must-see for any visitor to Warsaw) but not close to much else.

Upon arrival was directed up the Executive Floor (26th) for HH check-in at the Lounge. As the regular agent was on lunch break and her "fill-in" wasn't able to check us in, he offered us a coffee or tea and some snacks while we waited about 1/2 hour for her to return. Once she did, we were checked into an east-facing room in just a few minutes.

The rooms are spacious and include a small (if somewhat modern looking) sofa, a desk and chair and dresser with ample storage. There is also a large closet. Room is very tastefully decorated. If you have an east-facing room (looking towards Old Town) keep in mind the sun rises early in the summer and your room will become quite warm in the morning if you don't close your drapes!

The bathroom is very spacious and includes a separate shower. Nice big towels and Le Source amenities.

Hotel is only 2 years old and is quite modern and striking, with lots of open space and glass accents.

Staff here are the best I've encountered in Europe. They are all very friendly and very willing to help. Adam the concierge is quite knowledgeable and able to answer any question you might have. In the Executive Lounge be sure to look for Iwona whose personality and hospitality are wonderful.

In the Executive Lounge breakfast is a limited version of the one served downstairs, but is much quieter, especially on weekends. Afternoon snacks are a little limited (nuts and olives, some cookies and biscotti, but during the evening the hors d'oeuvres are wonderful. If you're not up for a big meal you can be satisfied with the food provided (pierogis and other hot appetizers, veggie sticks, small canapes, variety of cheeses, and fresh breads). Beers and wines and liquors quite adequate, as were non-alcoholic options like sodas, juices, waters, etc. If you ask the staff they're happy to make you a cappuccino or a latte in the small kitchen off the lounge and it's no trouble. Free wifi in the lounge and there are two laptops they'll loan you to use in the lounge as well.

From here to Old Town Stare Maisto is about a 20-30 minute walk, but there are plenty of public transportation options to get you there much quicker. Ask the concierge and he'll sell you the tickets you need (if you know you want to buy tickets from him, ask the night before to make sure they have them). There are one-way, one day and three day passes available. There's a tram stop right by the hotel and it's a quick ride into downtown and you can connect to metro or any number of buses quite easily. Ask the concierge, he knows all the tram and bus routes to get you where you need to go.

This was our favorite hotel during our recent trip (that included five different Hiltons and a JW Marriott). We can't wait to return.

I spent one week at this hotel for business. The room were nice - - typical for Hilton. The attached fitness center was very nice. The indoor pool has 5 - 25 meter lanes and was ideal for lap swimming. It is excellent for those looking to swim for fitness not so much for those looking to splash around or take the family to the pool. Since I was looking for fitness, this was the best pool I've seen at a business hotel. The fitness center is large and well equipped but I found it uncomfortably crowded the one night I used it.

The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the old town area and about 20-25 minute taxi ride to the airport. I ate one dinner in the hotel restaurant and found it was surprisingly excellent. I normally don't eat in hotels because the food never seems to be that good but this was a nice exception.

The hotel is nice and I would stay there again.
