This is a good museum for Chopin enthusiasts. Letters, partitures and monitors to study Chopin's life. Unfortunately it was covid19 time when we visited - and they required to use plastic gloves which were not very comfortable for this environment. Anyway, it seemed to be dedicated for Chopin researchers, not so much for his music lovers. Technically and aesthetically nice museum.

Fryderyk Chopin (1810-1849) was a Polish composer and virtuoso pianist of the Romantic period. He is one of the most famous Varsovians.

The museum has been housed in the Ostrogski Palace since 1953. It is a beautiful baroque palace from the 17th century.

The museum has the world’s largest collection of Chopiniana, more than 7500 items linked to the composer’s life and work.

On Wednesdays, the entrance is free. Otherwise, the normal ticket costs 23 PLN (= 5 €).

A large collection of items that are dedicated to Chopin. Selections of his music and memories of his life, travels and friends.

Interesting collection of Chopin.

Nothing to see. Only many pictures, some letters, music backround of courrse, blah blah blah... Clean and esthetic, must admit. But anyway, I regret spending 5 euros for ticket. A lot of better places in Warsaw.

It is a very interesting and interactive museum. Very modern, with many activities that can be done, you should reserve at lest 2-3 hours
