This is an experience not to be missed when you visit Warsaw. This is a massive, beautiful, mature park in the heart of the city. To spend an afternoon walking on the paths, enjoying the Polish families, and the little outdoor cafes is a sheer delight. Chopin concerts on Sunday afternoons are enjoyed by thousands! Bring a blanket and a nice drink and find a nice spot on the grassy field or on one of the many park benches and enjoy the music. Acoustics are amazing! World class pianists fill the summer schedule. Concerts are one hour which is perfect, if a bit short when I was so relaxed... Rose flower beds fill the air with a beautiful aroma and the massive trees are welcome shade on a hot afternoon. My husband biked through the park but found out that that is not allowed. It's not really safe for the many people on foot, strollers, and little toddlers. Don't miss this Polish gem.

So nice place in the crowded city to have a rest little. It is not far to to city center. By 1-2 tram you can easily reach to the park. If you visit warsaw you must see this park. It is great place.

Fantastic park with a small palace where last King of Poland lived . Many secondary places like old theatre, orangerie and finnallu Monument of Chopin, where piano concertos are often played for the Public.

Set in a beautifully serene area, the Chopin monument is ideally situated.Reconstructed after being destroyed by the Germans in World War 2, it consists of 3 intricately woven parts.....the delicate fingers of Chopins hand, the symbolic eagle, and the weeping willow (reminiscent of Chopins early childhood home), combine to make a sight worth seeing.

Great experience - Antique open air theatre set on an island in a park, opposite the palace. Try to visit the King's Palace on Water - and see a play as part of Warsaw experience. Ice cream is a must - they don't serve them that way anywhere else.
