Everything about this hotel is amazing. It's very clean, spacious, service is very good, food downstairs is amazing (breakfast and dinner), large and convenient parking (for extra charge), very comfortable beds.
I have stayed there for two times and I'm planning to stay there for a 3rd time this summer, because it is really amazing.

This was our return step back into normal life after travel in Russia.

We stayed here as part of a Contiki tour.

The food downstairs was amazing, first great dinner in a long long time. It was good food and a big feast served well by the servers. With many great polish sausages.

The morning buffet was grand, it had eggs, bacon, sausages and everything you can think of.

The hotel was even better than I had expected. Absolutely fantastic! How is it only a three star?? This hotel should be a four star, it was totally faultless. It was lovely and quiet, heard no noise whatsover even though we were facing the main road, the double glazing worked a treat. Bathroom was well equipped and plenty of toiletries. TV with good channel choice in various languages. Tea/coffee making facilities and free bottled water provided and the most comfy bed ever!Warsaw was absolutely lovely, so clean, so cheap and the Polish people were so friendly, I would recommend it to anyone!

Overall, The hotel is excellent. Safe area, easy to get to anywhere in downtown Warsaw. Excellent rooms: quite large, clean, quiet. Excellent staff, almost everyone speaks english. Highly reccomend to anyone for personal or business stay and people of all ages.

We chose this hotel because of its convenient central location. Note: central means it is located in downtown area, but the main tourist attractions mainly aren't there - they're located in Old Town which is several kilometers away. We knew that and that was not a problem for us. Trams and buses in Warsaw are cheap and fast, and Old Town can be easily reached within 15-20 minutes and just one change. Or you may alight at Muzeum Narodowe and instead of change to the other bus just walk by picturesque historical Nowy Świat and Krakowskie Przedmieście streets directly to the Old Town. Airport is within 15-25 minutes by bus or by taxi, which is cheap too.
Regarding the hotel, it is very comfortable good 3-star hotel with clean and relatively spacious rooms. WiFi is free but you need to ask for a password at the reception. There was a little electric kettle in the room which is very good for tea lovers like us. Also two bottles of mineral water served daily. There was a safe and minibar in the room, however the minibar was locked and if you want, you may ask for key at the reception. In the bathroom there was a hairdryer. The only issue regarding the bathroom was that TV sound translation and heater was not working.
Beds was extremely comfortable and room was very quiet. There was small additional sofa, desk, chair and armchair. One small issue was with the maid who wanted to enter our room despite the 'do not disturb' tag.
But overall impression of personnel was extremely hepful and friendly.
The breakfast was very tasty, especially the bacon and scrambled eggs.

Kyriad is just great. The place might not look attractive to people who are looking for shiny buildings or luxurious hotels, but for those who can valuate clean hotel rooms, warm personnel and deliciousss food, it will be a paradise corner. I strongly recommend it to all types of travellers.

If you fancy budget accomodation with max offer then this is the hotel to be. New hotel with nice rooms, parking in the underground garage, kind employees and about 20 min walk from science building. price per room 45 €, with breakfast for two 66 €.

Stayed at Kyriade Prestige more than 8 times during the last year on weekend seminars. The hotel is located just a few min walk to the bus/tram station. Its only 5 min away from the Warsaw Central station (by tram or 20 min if you walk).

The staff was friendly, however once they put a junior at the reception, which seemed to be kind of "lost" with all her tasks. Not a problem at all, but perhaps she should have had backup since she was "new" ?

The rooms are standard size, typical 90's outlook, yet cozy and nice. Despite facing the ugly and noisy part of Warsaw, the rooms remain silent.

Did not try the restaurant, as we ate outside every time, but the breakfast cost around 40-50 PLN (can't remember the exact price) delivered to the room and was quite good.

If you look for a budget alternative for your Warsaw stay, this is one of the best hotels to go for.

We stayed at the Kyriad for 4 nights. We arrived in Warsaw by train and walked to the hotel from the central railway station - took about 20 minutes after we got orientated (it's a very big railway station!). The reception staff at the hotel were professional and spoke good english. Our room was quite large containing a comfortable queen size bed, single lounge seat, small table and a good sized writing desk. Complimentary tea/coffee in room - but strangely, only small, hard plastic, picnic type cups were supplied to drink the tea from. Soft-plastic disposable-type cups were the only water drinking vessels. Pretty shabby, we thought. Bathroom also a good size with a complimentary supply of basic toiletries. The room had a TV but only one english speaking channel - from a French television network!
There was a mini bar refrigerator behind a locked door - getting access required payment of 35zl and then you could drink whatever was in the mini bar.
One reason we selected the Kyriad was a review on trip advisor which suggested the hotel was '5 mins' walking from city centre and old town. This advice is totally incorrect. It is a good 30 min walk to the edge of the city centre tourist precinct and a further 15-20 mins walk to the old town square. Fortunately we like walking but others may find the distance excessive.
The hotel is located on a main road but, as others have noted, the double-glazing is very effective and noise was not a problem. Complimentary internet connectivity is available in rooms, but if you do not have a computer there is no other internet option.
In summary, a clean, quiet, good standard hotel (notwithstanding the drinking utensils!), but a bit out of the way.

  • Liked — Clean and quiet
  • Disliked — Too far from main tourist area
