We had a very nice evening at Il Cavaliere. First of all, the service was excellent with the waitress being very attentive, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about all of the dishes on the menu.
The Saltimboca was prepared well and the accompanying sauce was excellent. The salad was very crispy and the vinaigrette dressing was perfect. Pumpkin soup was delicious. The big hit in my opinion was the wild berry "Gratin di Frutti di Bosco". It was clearly made to order and took great expertise and care. That was outstanding!
