I've been to Pardon To Tu twice in January 2013 and enjoyed both visits immensely. The first time was a concert by Mikołaj Trzaska & Co., during which the management announced that the club was voted by the authors of jazzarium.pl as the best jazz club in Poland in 2012. Don't know about Poland, but now that Tygmont no longer cares about jazz, it's certainly true about Warsaw. Both concerts (the other was the Oleś Brothers) were excellent, the service was good, and a dog trying to sleep throught the latter concert in the best armchair in club was touching. (This place is generally very dog-friendly.) And they have reasonably priced good wine (!) plus a selection of focaccia-like snacks and good soups (try their cucumber soup – my friend, who's an expert on cucumber soup, says it's very good).
