I must admit, that I am a great fan of simple, traditional French brasseries and bistros with short menu and first class, but simple food. I always wanted to have such place here, in Warsaw. An now I have. Brasserie Warszawska is upscale restaurant with a beautiful, classic and elegant bistro style interior. Service is very good and the food is perfect. Menu is short and for seconds, you have mostly steaks, except breast of duck and cod. We tried Bavette Steak and the Cod. Both were exceptional. Wine list is also very good. The only thing, I may complain is very short lists of seconds with only one fish and one poultry dish. In my opinion, Brasserie Warszawska just a few days after its opening in September 2012 become one of 5- 10 best restaurants in Warsaw.
