Was pleasantly surprised to be upgrade to a mini suite on the 32nd floor with fantastic views of Warsaw and Polish Cultural centre. All the staff bent over backwards to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a really great selection of both hot & cold food and drinks and a nice little extra touch was that there was a girl playing a harp too. As for location if you don't have lot's of luggage it's just a few minutes walk to Warsaw Centralni station.
The only 1 thing which marred my stay but which has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the hotel is my taxi driver from outside the hotel ripped me off and got quite aggressive which was a bit of a shock, so please take my advice and avoid street taxis if at all possible.
In any case I can highly recommend the hotel, staff and level of service and hope to be back again soon.More
