Hotel is in very good location, near Zoo. 5 minutes walk to metro stations. SPA complex is very good: big jaccuzi, nice swimming pool, several kinds of saunas and a lot other "things". Only one minus was horrible internet speed :(

Ive been to most of citycenter 5star hotels in Warsaw and this is in my top three .

Perfect location & perfect view from pool which is on the top floor.
In my opinion Its better than Hilton,Westin ,Radisson and Marriot.

Large shopping center ,cinema, theater ,restaurants, hard rock cafe just next to it.
Its a very big hotel if you prefer smaller than Radisson has only 3floors and its more quiet,or romantic, small La Regine.

Room Tip: Rooms - The higher floor the better view.

location-wise, it's right by a train station and about a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town. The hotel's very near the Palace of Culture and the Arts (you have a good view of it from the 43rd floor swimming pool). Breakfast was great, lots of choices and very tasty! We only spent 1 night here but we were all satisfied. I also loved the hot chocolate which was included amongst the teabags and coffee mixes. Can't really find any fault during our short stay there. Service was good, nothing outstanding, nothing bad.

Stayed here for business trip in April for 3nights - was in a club level room on 37th floor so had excellent views. Room was lovely and comfortable albeit a bit cold. Room equipped with nespresso coffee machine, decent size flat screen tv, mini bar / additional tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom spotless with adequate supply if products. Temperature control and water control were difficult and took some strength to adjust. Didn't eat dinner in restaurant (huge shopping centre very close by which has massive food halls with ride range of options at probably cheaper cost!!) - however breakfast was fresh, ample and tasty. Check-in/out very efficient and quick. Clients were mix of holiday makers (families) and business. Small gift shop, piano bar and cafe, car rental Aldo on-site. Hotel has fitness centre and pool but did not have opportunity to use. Overall excellent stay - would recommend.

Stayed here in April when travelling in eastern Europe. Compared to western countries value for money for an intercontinental was insanely good. Really nice views, great gym/pool area, well located near train station, breakfast was really good and staff quite helpful. Didn't eat at restaurants as there were plenty other restaurants in the vicinity at cheaper prices. For tourists old town might be more ideal but location is still fairly decent.

Overall an excellent hotel in the center of Warsaw. Nice views of town from your room, the restaurant or the swimming pool on the 43rd floor. It was somewhat strange swimming on floor 43 with a view of the top of Palac Kultury, but we enjoyed it. Rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. Staff was very helpful. They offer a great breakfast menu with a wide choice of fresh squeezed fruit juices, while you can listen at live harp music.
