The hotel is situated conveniently close to the main train station and also to the historic centre of Warsaw. It is a large, comfortable hotel mainly catering for business people - conference rooms, fitness facilities, bar, etc - and had we been staying longer than a couple of days in Warsaw we would probably have chosen a smaller hotel. However the hotel was ideal for our two day stay, very clean, rather plush with all mod. coms. and, most important, a really excellent breakfast buffet. Overall an enjoyable stay.

It was a wonderful expreience to be in Warsaw, but most importantly the hotel. Not only is the hotel a historic place in the city, it's location is quite centric and the rooms are very spacey. Although the area around the hotel is not the nicest, in terms of drunks on the street and so on, it is close enough to the city centre to go walking (10 minutes), public transport is quite conveniently in front of the hotel to be able to go anywhere. Something I truly recommend, but if you do not speak Polish, be patient as it is a Polish-run hotel as well as a Polish-guest hotel; for me that is one of the most positive assets to be able to dig deep in the culture.

Room Tip: The best rooms are the Junior Suites, without a doubt.

Great location, walking distance from everywhere: sites, central station, parks, museums, Warsaw Centrum, historical sites, Old Town, pedestrian area. As Hotel: Ambience, Quality and Space in the rooms, Courtesy of Service from all staff - all this especially for the long stay.

Room Tip: For a single occupancy: a corner room - King executive; for a couple the same or a junior suite with...

Stayed here for 3 nights from 28/2, and had a great time. The hotel is beautiful, warm and friendly. The reception staff spoke perfect English, explained everything we needed to know, and gave us a choice of rooms.
The room was modern, warm clean and very comfortable, but do agree with other reviews that the quilt was way too small and caused many mid night fights over it! Tea and coffee was available in the room which was nice when you return after a freezing day sight seeing. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was always hot with good pressure. There was a good range of shampoo, shower gel, soap and body lotion with was replaced each day, great when you are flying with hand luggage only.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing and have never had that sort of choice before. Cereals with fresh and dried fruits, yogurts etc smoked meats, fish and an array of cheeses, full cooked breakfast, eggs bacon sausage mushrooms meatballs hash browns etc. about 10 different types of bread, loads of Danish pastries, croissants and cakes, and the most amazing cheesecake! Freshly squeezed orange juice and another 4 types of juices, tea and coffee plus all you want vodka and champagne. We did not eat again until late evening, we had no room!!
I would go back to Warsaw again only for the hotel and spectacular breakfast, thank you for a great stay

What a lovely place to stay in Warsaw! We chose this hotel due to the excellent reviews on tripadvisor, and it's proximity to the city centre, and we were not disappointed on both counts.

We took the 175 bus from Chopin Airport to the hotel, and this was easy to do, and cost 4.40 zloty (£1) each. The hotel is on your right as you pull up at the "centrum" stop (the busses all had an information board in them detailing what the next stop was). You walk under the underpass and you are there!

The receptionists all spoke exceptional English, and we were booked in very quickly into a non smoking double room as requested by email to the hotel. We were in room 526, and this had an excellent view of the main square and the Palace of Culture and Science, it is worth requesting a room with a view facing the road as it is spectacular at night when it is all lit up.

The room was very modern and spotlessly clean, there was under floor heating in the bathroom that automatically came on in the morning and evenings - the towels were new and very fluffy.

Breakfast was great, there were a number of hot and cold items; cereals, different milks, yoghurts, cheeses and cold meats, a huge selection of bread, numerous honeys/jams/marmalades, pastries and chocolate, smoked salmon, chef cooking a variety of eggs and omlettes, coffee, selection of teas, champagne & vodka (!), fresh fruit, dried fruit, sausage, bacon, beans, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes, porridge....the list is endless!

We went into Mr Bojangles bar, which is open until 0100 hours daily. We especially liked this, the atmosphere was very relaxed and the food was of good quality (and 50 zloty for a main). There was an act on each night (pianist, vocalist, guitarist). There was a happy hour between 1600-2000 hours with a 50% discount on beer and house wine, which was of good quality (about £5 for two drinks).

We also asked at reception for a late check out (normal check out at 1200 hours) and we were allowed to stay until 1400 hours at no extra cost, which we were extremely grateful for, they told us that after this time it would cost 25 Euros per hour (just for info).

In all, we really enjoyed the time relaxing at the hotel, it was great value for money and well located, we would go back there for another relaxing trip.

Room Tip: Choose the outer rooms on an upper level, the views are worth it!
