Good location in the center, across from the Palace of Culture (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palace_of_Culture_and_Science,_Warsaw) and just up from the central train station. I paid in the neighborhood of $75 @ night with a pre-booking that included a weeknight as well as weekend, which appears to be lower than their advertised weekend-only rates. So call them on SKYPE and see what you can bargain. Cable connection as opposed to wireless in the rooms (though note other comments here re second floor rooms within wireless range). Flexible, helpful staff (I needed 20 pages printed and they offered to do so with an email to the desk rather than waiting in line at the limited business center). What looks like an interesting Italian restaurant immediately across the little side street by the hotel (I showed up just at closing time so didn't get to sample). And if Mr. Stalin's Palace of Culture doesn't match your taste, just walk up the street to the right from the hotel, cross under the busy intersection and treat yourself to a Starbucks, Polish-style.
