I booked this hotel at a good price. It's rated 5 stars.
Booked this hotel for a 2 night stay in Warsaw partially based on tripadvisor reviews. It was ok. Definitely worn and definitely not up to a North America 5 star standard. Service was ok and the hotel did the job but it's showing its age and is worn.
First off, I had booked a king size bed in advance. Upon check in, we were led to a room with a double bed and a sofa in it. I called down and we were moved shorty thereafter but it was an inconvenience. The man at the front desk also said something about "Being quite busy.." which I found frustrating because tending to client's concerns is part of his job!
Everything was a bit rough around the edges. All the furniture was literally worn on the edges (eg-stain coming off the back of a chair) and the beds were so-so. I have stayed at the Hyatt many times and these beds were not even close to comparing to the Hyatt. The washrooms are dated. The carpet in the hall was worn and even coming up at some seams.
The pool was beautiful and even had a water treadmill.
It was a clean hotel, just rough around the edges. Not 5 star in my opinion. I would not stay here again.More
