The Novotel Centrum is a big hotel, it climbs some 30+ floors into the Warsaw skyline. The Gym is on the top floor and is very poorly appointed but there are a number of better equipped gyms in the local area....
The standard rooms are just that 'Standard', best thing about them is the view....but the road is noisy outside and the basic equation is get a room on the highest floor you can as this means less road noise and better views.
Pay for the Premium internet the Basic internet performance is just horrid!
Breakfasts are pretty good with lots of choice and variety in a buffet style.
The hotel can feel like a bit like a youth hostel as hordes of school children on school trips use the hotel as a base.....whatever you do, don't try and get lifts at the prime times... ie breakfast and early evening...it will take you ages to get back down to reception!

Room Tip: Higher floor the better!

Hotel is nice. It has nespresso coffee maker, kettle in room. Free wifi in room and LCD TV. Decent size of room though not consider spacious. Stay on high floor can get a good pano view of city. We stayed in room 2808. Many shopping around hotel.

Room Tip: above 12 floors will be able to get a good pano view of city

I was in the hotel for a 4 days conference and I found the place outstanding. The conference rooms were excellent in every respect: A/V equipment, acoustics, size, etc. The WiFi support was excellent throughout. Coffee/Tea breaks were excellent, plentiful and offering a very good variety. All buffet meals were of similar standards. Room was spacious and bright. (Pick up one in the top floors, where the view of the city is breath-taking.) Very good location for both modern centre and old town. On the main bus and rail routes to the airport and close to the Warsaw Central Station.

We were traveling from Prague and found this good location in Warsaw. Excellent location in downtown, everything was within walking distance. Good value for the price. The only problem is the arrival if you travel with your own car: no place to park some minutes if you need to make your registration and leave visiting after that. A parking lot is located in front of the hotel, with enough place but the price is not included.

Room Tip: Everything OK, but the parking is not included in the rate.
