We stayed for two nights at the Novotel Warsaw Centrum and couldn't fault anything. The rooms were clean and spacious, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location is superb. The central location means that the main shopping centre and street are just across from the hotel and there are tons of cafes and restaurants close by where you can sample the excellent Polish food. We were booked on an evening flight back home and the reception staff allowed us to keep the room on at no extra charge which was an excellent touch. Warsaw isn't really known as a tourist destination but it is most definitely underrated, and this is the place to stay to enjoy the best it has to offer!

I spent four days at this hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, the rooms and nice and comfortable, and the breakfast provides a diverse selection.
Free wi-fi is only accesable in the lobby.
It is placed just in front off a Metro station so it is an easy destination to travel from.

The location is perfect, minutes from from the train station and the metro. The old town is a pleasant 15-minute stroll away. The building is a monster highrise, so it has zero charm. But that's just the sort of hotel it is. The rooms are comfortable, tasetful, clean, and well appointed. The bathroom fixtures are maybe a bit dinky for a hotel of this class, but everything worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet is varied and copious. There's a decent gym. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was on the 30th floor and had amazing views. The hotel is home to lots of groups and conferences, and the lobby can get busy and over-crowded. I would definitely see this hotel as a well-run, convenient place for a work trip to Warsaw, not for a charming get-away weekend.

Room Tip: for a view, obviously the higher the better

The location of the hotel is good, in central Warsaw. Close to the main train station and metro stops and trams as well. Walking distance to Warsaw Technological University (15 mins) and other sites such as Nowy Siat and Palace of Culture and Science. The rooms are equipped with basic necessities including TV, hair dryer, toiletries. They are clean and comfortable to stay in. WI-FI is available only in the lobby, would have liked it if there are WI-FI in the rooms as well. The WI-FI is free as long as you get a ticket with the password and user id from the reception. You can get a map of Warsaw from reception as well. The reception service is good but seems a bit slow from my experience.

Great city but didn't have too much time to enjoy given business commitments, but hotel was very good and people friendly - you need a head for heights on the upper floors but rooms are decently equipped and a reasonable size - I'd stay here again.
