To make it short: I was in the hotel only between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. and cannot say that I have seen everything, but what I saw was simply great. The hotel is situated in the center of Warsaw in a 40 floor building. I had a room on the 32nd floor with a spectacular view over the city.

The room was spacious (I got - probably because I arrived late - for the price of a normal room a junior suite) and very well equipped. Everything was functional and - although it was not brandnew - extremely clean and inviting. Best was the huge bathroom with a large window front.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this place definitely for any business traveller, buit also for a private trip.

Room Tip: The corner rooms (e.g. ending on -26). On the 30th floor and above spectacular view

Decent Breakfast, Decent rooms with good views of the city and a really central location.

Taxi from the airport cost about £10 or 50 pln.

If you only have a bit of spare time in Warsaw then you should go up to the viewing platform in the people's palace which is right next to the hotel.

I have stayed here maybe 5 times now, thestaff are always helpfull and pleasant, the food is good and the business arrangements well planned. The location for usis great as next to the mailine train and not far from the arport, if you wish something more sceanic maybe choose another, but for us it fits the bill.

Some weeks before we were there for one week business trip. Marriott was good as usual. Shortly : flexible booking & modification, cancellation. Clean environment, friendly staff. Quick check in / check out. We left early morning, and that was possible to check out in on the previous night. Rich and nice breakfast. Good location, train station, shopping, near to old town, etc.
There is one thing what have to recommend if you arrive with a car :
- there is no own parking place or garage of the hotel !!! The garage under the hotel is an independent company, no discount for the hotel's guests, and very-very expensive, avoid it ! From approx 6 PM to the next morning 8 AM we had to pay 120 Zloty's (almost 30 Euro's !). On the next day we did the following : arrived back to the hotel approx.: 5 PM, and put 6 Zloty's to the parking ticket machine, and that was valid to the next morning's 9 AM, when we went to the office again. There were always empty pay-parking places around the hotel. Be careful with parking in Warsaw ...

A very nice experience once again staying at the Marriott in Warsaw, this time with my wife who fancied a trip. I requested a room high up and was not disappointed. The 35th floor (of 40) has excellent views across the city. Very large and comfortable bed. Reasonable size of room and very clean and although not really my taste in decor it was pleasant enough. A very good price for a weekend break (Saturday night £70) including breakfast where there was a vast choice of very nicely prepared and tasty food, you couldn't wish for better!

The Marriott in Warsaw is a very good hotel, very well situated. It has a fantastic bar on the top floor with a spectacular view of the city at night, and great cocktails. The hotel is connected through a building on the ground floor to the Champions bar, a great American style sports bar that serves everything from ribs, to hamburgers, to great german Weiss beers. The hotel rooms are very clean, everything you'd expect from the Marriott, and the breakfast buffet is fresh, delicious, and there are lots of choices. Great scrambled eggs, and a wide variety of breakfast meats and dishes. When you walk out of the hotel and cross the street, you will find the Warsaw Hard Rock cafe, with live music, and a great atmosphere. In net, a good choice for your stay in Warsaw.

My room was great, in an impersonal way. i wouldn't choose the decor, but it was large (one of those huge beds with three rows of pillows) and well kitted out. it is a good location in Warsaw, and the views are fabulous. Definitely worth going to the panorama bar at the top of the hotel to see over the whole city. there is a swimming pool in the basement which is just big enough to swim in properly, and what looked like a decent gym. Breakfasts offer a mind-boggling choice, even including a 'Korean station'.
Downsides: the lifts are rather slow, you are charged for what I assumed was a free bottle of drinking water in my room, and the wifi charges are high and seem too demanding in a hotel of this level.
Not a place for a personal touch, but generally a well-run international.

Room Tip: go as high as you can - but bedrooms start partway up the tower, so you are bound to get a view.
