“Very convenient, excellent service”
Reviewed July 11, 2010

We have been staying for 2 weeks as family 2+3 in adjacent rooms and could enjoy excellent service, startin from v friendly reception, room and restaurant service. Rooms were spacy, clean, w large bathroom. Street noise was minimal, beds large and v convenient. Excellent choice of food, wine list for room service rather short. Very nice fitness area. Hotel locatred in very good location, close to Belvedere palace, Lazienki park and 25 min drive from airport. Paid internet and underground parking, free outside parking.

I've been staying several teims at the Hyatt in Warsaw in the past and I have always brought home the memory of a superb place to stay: the design is really stunning, the rooms are very nice, the Spa is a gift and the staff is one of the friendliest I've ever seen.

Hyatt in Warsaw is definitely to be recommended. We were offered a great oversized double room, with large bathroom. When you make your reservation, it is worth to have the breakfast included, as it's really good and with variety of dishes to be chosen from. during my stay I used the hotel's SPA which was also very good, although the swimming pool is a bit small and it get too crowded at times. Service was excellent, immediate and helpful. Had no problems with extending my later checkout. For those going to Warsaw for touristic purposes - you should know that it’s a walking distance from the city centre, and you pass by Belvedere, Lazienki Park, and the royal rout leading to the old town. Not bad, for those wishing to have everything around the corner it may be inconvenient.

Very nice stay, good pool and fitness, excellent service upon arrival helpful and friendly staff. Bath rooms are huge and loved that rain shower head. Excellent hotel, location is the only issue - far from city center, but taxis are not expensive, 20 min drive from the airport in peak hours or 1 hour by public transport

We moved to the Hyatt from the Hilton Warsaw, as we had the opportunity to use some Gold Passport points for two free nights at the Hyatt.

Check-in was straightforward and we were handed keycards to our room within seconds of arriving, and that at noon which was very impressive. The room was a club queen on the fifth floor and was huge. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the TV massive and the bathroom was luxurious too, complete with a big bath and separate rainfall shower. Once we unpacked we headed off to the basement to go for a swim and chill in the steam room. The health club was quiet at the weekend and allowed us to chill out nicely. It's a modern facility and the steam room is huge.

Chilled and feeling refreshed, we stopped by the club lounge on the fifth floor for a drink before heading into town. The bus stop is right outside the front entrance to the hotel, though you first need to cross the road in order to take the buses that go in the direction of the town. Buses 161 and 180 run regularly and will take you straight downtown (10 min ride). It's a bit too far to walk into town though perfectly doable if you fancy some exercise (30-40 min walk).

On both nights we took advantage of free drinks and canapés in the lounge, which were exquisite. Similarly, the breakfast buffet was impressive and we certainly didn't go hungry either morning.

In all, it's worth bagging yourself a club room for the extra niceties. The rooms are of a high standard, the staff are charming and delightful, and the amenities are just what you'd expect of a Hyatt.

Our stay was a weekend one when the hotel is quieter. As it is located to the south of Warsaw in the embassy and government building district, I suspect it would attract more of a business crowd in the week. Either way, I'd definitely stay there again and have no qualms about its location, given that the bus services into the centre of Warsaw are frequent and a doddle to use. Plus, the hotel is right next to a park if you're looking for complete relaxation.

The hotel is located at the end of the embassy district, and a short bus or cab drive outside the center of Warsaw. Take a cab from the airport to the hotel. It shouldn`t cost more than 30-40 zloty ($10-15), and takes about 15-20 minutes.

I`ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and I`ve never been dissapointed.

Big rooms! Good rates! Excellent spa! Friendly staff!

The rooms are big and bright. Huge bathroom. Comfortable bed. 37´ LCD TV with HBO and Canal+

The spa is located on the lower floor and is just excellent. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, steam rooms. Extensive spa menu. I`ve been here three times, and always end up with the 90 minutes massage. 240 zloty ($85-90) Ask for Agnieszka G. She`s the best!

This is my favorite hotel in Warsaw!

Tips!

Bus 175 takes you to and from the airport and city center.

Drinks at the Marriott skybar

Lunch at Cafe Bristol Le Meridien. You have to try the cakes also.
