Excellent value for the money

I was sleeping in this hotel about 30 times .
This hotel i located in one of the best location when it is sunny - you have got one of the most picturesque park in the Europe - just on the next side of the road . Also connection with the main centre is very good - it is 10 min by a cab . Rooms are having perfect sleep quality and they are very spacious - much bigger than Mariot, Hilton , Westinn, interconti.. Interior design - lobby , restaurant are well designed. Breakfast is really very good. Service is really helpful and polite. If I would recommend hotel in warsaw for my quests - this is the right one!!

First time guests of this hotel and i have to say i’m impressed- excellent service eat check in - fabulous large spotless bedroom, breakfast was included in our stay and was very impressive. Bar staff were excellent as were the cocktails ! if i have one small reservation the gym is undergoing renovation and was difficult to get to but i managed with the help of the very attentive and polite staff - the pool and jacuzzi and sauna were fabulous and I pretty much had them to myself. In Warsaw we usually stay at the Bristol or the Sheraton but will definitely stay at the Regent again- thank you for looking after us so very well!

We have been visiting this hotel since 2013 and are never disappointed.

The staff make a hotel and this one has a particularly excellent team. We took our parents to Warsaw and they are now as bowled over by the city and the hotel. Complimentary gifts were arranged by the hotel which was extremely kind and typical of Polish hospitality.

The personal touch and the friendly staff in the restaurant and reception make this hotel feel like home.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my Mum for a city break in Warsaw.
First impressions were our room was very spacious, and clean, with a huge bathroom. Beautiful reception lounge area, with lots of seating and very relaxed. The breakfast was very good, especially liked being able to have a fresh omelette. There was lots of choice on offer!
We booked this hotel as it had spa facilities, however we were disappointed to find that this was spoiled by use of the swimming pool by other families. On our first day 5 children were in the pool with one parent- splashing, screaming, diving. There was clearly a no diving sign but no-one there to reinforce this rule. On our second day the pool was being used by 2 children, they were jumping in front of us as we tried to do lengths, throwing floats, diving and bombing into the pool, screaming ans shouting. Not a very relaxing environment for a wellness centre. We raised this with staff who asked if we had spoken to the parents- it is not our place to reinforce rules of the hotel. It was disappointing that staff were not there to uphold and maintain the relaxing environment of a wellness centre and ensure rules are being followed- especially at a 5 star establishment.
Finally the rooms are very poorly soundproofed and meant we didn't have the best nights sleep, we were woken at 4.30am by a lady talking extremely loudly for at least 2 hours ! Not what you expect for a 5 star hotel
All in all it was a lovely stay, however it was let down slightly by those complaints listed.

A bih hotel, with its terras along a very busy street. Big, well maintained croom. No shampoo or soap (strange) for such a classy, classic hotel. Fine for buisiness trips. Excellent, friendly staf. Prefered by guests of the Dutch Embassy.

Just 20 days before my staying in Regent Hotel,i have been just informed by the site AMOMA-under which i made 4-5 months ago a non refundable booking...-that the hotel's Wellness centre would be out of service.I had a non refundable booking at Regent without any proposal by the site for any replacement for staying at another equal class -5 stars...-hotel offering the same amenities that the one booked and because of the problem with the Wellness centre this changing would be for free.So that -same time as i have been informed about the problem...- i addressed to the Regent hotel and i informed the hotel that my principal reason for booking this not central hotel was the Wellness centre and specially the sauna and pool etc...that the hotel named as one of the "HOLMES PLACE" chain and I asked for a compensation -that the hotel should have to offer me voluntarily ...In 1-2 days i received an email from the Front Office Manager Mr Lukas Bronski telling me that finally during my staying at the hotel the wellness centre would be open and may be some section temporally would be out of service. The same information i received also by AMOMA...
Days passed and at the end of our vacations ,as scheduled ...,on 17th August i went at Regent Hotel and checked in .That time the front desk employee informed us that the pool and sauna etc were out of service.I referred my correspondence and I asked to be addressed to the manager on duty .I have been told that Mr Bronski was on vacation ...and the on duty manager appeared and after informed him about all that issue he told me that the only thing that he could do was an upgrade of the room.I deny to any upgrade as the problem was that i had paid for serious amenities that i could not have and i should be refunded for an, about 50 % ,part of my payment...
I asked for the name of this gentleman and he told me to "write down the name that was on the label on his vest ....Krystof "and when i asked him to inform Mr Bronski about all this issue he told me that i had to address an email to another manager named Borek that he was replacing the manager on vacation and that for Hierarchy reasons him-Ktrystof...probably a Trainee- could not contact him...
Anyway i decided to email to Mr Borek a quite detailing e-mail immediately as we went to our room and UP THE MOMENT...we checked out on last Sunday morning...NOBODY HAS REPLIED TO ME ....We were waiting from someone to contact us about that issue and unfortunately no one at the front desk told us to wait a reply on Monday and not during the weekend...
The next day for about 4-5 hours we put the electronic signal to clean the room and when returned the room was not cleaned we complained to the reception ...we heart apologies and we just asked for towels .It was the last day of our vacations...during which the bigger part was occupying with the Regent Hotel .WE were disappointed and upset because we had no news from manager Borek and without a room cleaning and our conclusion was that a good hotel easily can turn from classification 5 stars to less stars..We had been last times in Westin and Sofitel that these are real 5 stars hotels...

Anybody knows how much important is the ending of the vacation to be good as this a criterion characterising the whole vacations!!!
Thanks God on Monday receiving the response of the manager Mr.Borek everything was arranged , as he understood all my right asking for a 50% refund because the Wellness centre was out of service, and with his apologies he made his professional proposals and i finally accepted the 50% refund. He immediately proceeded to the refund procedure and the whole bad situation is now totally arranged by Mr Borek who really is a professional manager of a 5 stars hotel who knows how to behave to his clients .
In this way our temporally disappointment of the hotel upon the weekend management ...turned to our decision to stay there again next time in Warsaw....
