“Nice place to start and end a tour.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 2, 2013

Stayed two nights here as part of a Cosmos tour of Poland on our first and last nights. It is a very neat and tidy hotel and particularly well situated. Our room was modern, spacious and immaculate and very comfortable. There is a new, large shopping mall just opposite the hotel which has a large variety of shops, eating places and a Carrefour supermarket. We only had breakfast at the hotel but it was very adequate.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful at all times. However, not until the next morning did I find that there were renovations taking place to the hotel. Drilling and hammering that could be heard on all floors, but the worst was floor 5 where I was staying. The drill sounded as if it was next to my ear, going from 10:00 until 18:00. I eventually got moved down one floor where the noise could still be heard but nowhere near as loud. I would stay there again but not until all renovation work is finished

Very good location. Very clean. Just what we need. Next to Central Train Station and big Shopping centre. Good connection to airport .Close to old town which is must to visit. Everything important to visit is in close walking distance.

We stayed in July 2013 - they had construction work ongoing. Who does construction work in peak tourist season. We were not told in reception and the note in the room was A5 and left with a number of other brochures on the table. It was a general welcome not with 3 lines at the end to say construction would start at 9am. A latge note should be left on the main table - clearly seen by all - including someone with visual disability. We were rudly awoken by this noise in the morning the staff were professional in their response to our complaint.

However which drilling begins at 9am. The hammering etc... began at 7:30am.

This hotel does not offer anything that you will not find in any other good quality hotel around Europe. Although from speaking to the staff they obviously think they are better than that. As a European traveller I found this attitude unfortunate.

The bedroom staff are excellent and the rooms are extremely clean and well maintained.

This hotel screams 'Great location'! Its right by the Grand Central Train & Bus stations. It has a huge Mall exactly opposite the hotel... which has everything... especially food courts, cafe's, eatery's!
The room was very cute & had the most spacious & comfortable single bed! we had a twin room on the 3rd floor. The room service was very well prices though the breakfast buffet was expensive... better going to the mall opposite.
Only 20 Zloty from the airport to the hotel by Cab!
The hotel organized an Auschwitz-Krakow day trip for us. It was excellent & very highly recommended. We were just 2 of us & almost seemed like a personal private tour.
For old town Warsaw - its a bit of a walk away but if you have time & don't mind walking... Its a very interesting walk as you pass by most of the historical monuments of significance in Warsaw.
P.S. - If interested in Chinese Cuisine - Do eat at "Wook". One can walk directly from the main street which is easier or get there from the underground train station as well. Its just by the Marriott Hotel, a level lower than the main street.

Room Tip: One can see the city from almost all rooms as its in Warsaw Central.

Though we only stayed one night, if we return to Warsaw we would have no hesitation staying again -- depending on price of course (which is neither the priciest in the area nor cheapest, but a good value). Room was clean, large, and well-decorated including LCD TV with English-language news channels, and free WIFI in the room (with a PW slip provided at Reception). We did not try the Buffet Breakfast, which is supposed to be good but quite expensive.

First time in this Hotel in Warsaw, Location wise, it's fantastic right behind and outside the Zlote Tarasy shopping centre but the street is quiet and no noise disturbing you. We stayed 4 night and unfortunately 2 of those nights we had the renovation going on right above us, we were told at reception when checked in but it would have been nice to receive something complimentary for the hassle. Our room was modern as to be expected, nice bathroom. Good air con in the room and no light in the mornings makes a good night sleep.

We'll be back in Warsaw next year and we'll most likely be back here, the location is too good to pass on.
