“Richstag was rebuild - Warsaw is left with ruins”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 3, 2013

The remains of this beautiful building serve as the Grave of Unknown Soldier- To symbolise how something beautiful like a young life can be turned to ruins. Take a hat off and relax in Saxon Gardens next door. The change of guard is amazing.

“Very Nice”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 20, 2013

Located in the area of I believe a palace that was demolished during the war. Government decided not too rebuild.
1 Polish soldier stands on each side of the grave. There is an eternal torch in the background. Next door to a very nice park with a fountain and statues.

“If you are in the area, go see it.”

We also found this by mistake. Just walking along in this really nice park. There are soldiers there guarding it and we happened to see the changing of the guards. It was nice.

“Deeply moving”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 26, 2013 via mobile

We were just in time to watch the changing of the guard. There were a couple of T.V. cameras filming, but not sure if they were doing a documentary. Very interesting and sad at the same time
