Owner description: Serving as the central building of the Polish Commonwealth for many centuries, this castle was rebuilt after it was dynamited by German troops after the Warsaw uprising, and has been rebuilt to recreate the original castle's 17th-century architecture and interiors.

It's amazing considering it had to be fully rebuild after the war, the whole castle is seriously impressive. If you're an art lover this is a must see.

The way the tickets work are really good. You can buy separate or combo tickets, depending if you are more interested in the art or just the castle.

This is one of the most impressive castles I have visited in Europe. It has been fully rebuilt and it is beautiful. Loved every minute of it.

Grand on the outside, magnificent on the inside. Was free for some reason when I visited but I don't think that's always the case. Whole thing was rebuilt after WWII but you still get a taste of what it was like.

A must-see for history and art lovers, your eyes cant stay still as to where to look. Full of elegant and extravagant interiors, an insight into the lives of past Polish royalty. Visited in November which gave free access so was well worth it. Fantastic facilities. Busy with schoolchildren but can easily access all the rooms. The outside is unique with the term 'castle', compared to what I am used to, but still very beautiful.

If you want to see how they lived Polish kings in ancient times, go for a castle. Rebuilt long after the war is now the only souvenir former glory. But I can still admire interiors, original furniture, paintings on the walls. You can also find here an interesting exhibition.
