This is how libraries should look like. This is one of the best examples of a University Library which is mixed with a cafeteria area and an kids entertainment area in it's basements. The architecture is really catching the eye and the green roof is a must. If only more buildings were so interesting and interacting with the visitor.

If you are a tourist, visiting Warsaw, you could live without seeing this place. Nevertheless, the architecture is unique and stands out amongst public buildings in Warsaw. There used to be a great restaurant ("BIBLIOTEKA") on the premises of the building, but it was chased away by the management of the building. You could visit in one shot - The Library Building and within a walking distance Copernicus Center - in such a case the trip there makes sense.

It's one of the most interesting buildings in Warsaw. I love it's river view garden on the roof. Some caffees inside. Only toilets are terrible, avoid if you can.

It's a nice place for a walk, especially the garden in the back of the building. if you stay in Warsaw for at least few weeks and have already seen the top 20 places, this may be another idea for a weekend.

If the weather is fine, this garden is well worth a visit. You can reach the garden by stairs outside the university building. On the roof you find plants, flowers, paths, pergolas, a bridge over the glass roof and benches where you enjoy the view over Warsaw and the Wisla river. And at several places you can have a peek at the university below. I really liked it, the combination of modern architecture and the garden was really well done. Alss the entrance is free.
