I've been to El Popo a few times now and the food has been very tasty each time. The main courses are quite large so i advise to stick to just a soup if you are having a starter. But I have been happy with everything I've tried. I would suggest you don't go for a weekend lunch if you don't like children in restaurants, but in the evenings it's totally different and has a good atmosphere, lively but not loud. Very good location near the Old Town, not overpriced, and I have had the same lovely waitress each time, who scores 100% for helpfulness, humour, and charm. That's not meant to sound sexist, by the way, she's just doing a great job. Overall: Recommended.
