“Not a hotel!”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

Full kitchen, clean bathroom. Good apartment for families, definitely not a hotel. This is definitely not a hotel and a 5-star hotel, it is an apartment. No valet, no amenities. Luxury suite should at least have a view! We were on the 2nd floor. Windows are very dirty. Hallway was poor as well. Worse was that the water was out, no one knew when it´ll be back, no free water provided till then, we had to leave in the morning, but we could not do that, had to wait the water. In some time, they offered us free spa-passes, so we could brush our teeth etc. That was offered after lots of phone calls to the reception. If you have a choice between H15 and Platinum, then I would definitely take H15, too bad it was fully booked the time we were in Warsaw. Also Hilton is just next to it, this is so much better as well, and the price is the same. Would not go back.

excellent hotel. we have stayed here for four night. we got rooms on 11th floor with the balcony. our balconies were almost connected and we really loved that. hotel staff was friendly. the only bad thing was the pool. they did not give the key for place to put clothes when you go to the pool, so you have to take everything with you..

When we arrived to the apartments we had to wait long time for somebody to answer the phone and then we waited for other person to come and give us the keys. When we got inside, you saw instantly that the apartment was used heavily. The place was worn and somewhat stained. The white couch was more like grey with different stains on it, the lamps were torn from ceiling and some halogens had burned (!) holes on the tapestry, etc. We had three person apartment but the sofa was broken and could not be used as a bed. After our complaint it was tried to fix with a glass jar. The manager shouted me when I tried to have somebody to fix the sofa.

Location is good for business travelling, but not so good for tourists.

I stayed there whilst on holiday in Poland for 4 days in May. All the services of a hotel and all the privacy of an apartment put together, with an excellent view of Warsaw. The restaurants on the ground floor were a bit disappointing but they weren't really part of the hotel. The fact that there was a supermarket within the building was convenient and the staff are very friendly. I'd recommend it for any trip to Warsaw.

Room Tip: Higher floors on the side of the square give you a great view of Warsaw.

I've stayed here often, and rarely disappointed.

It's a good location, and ideal for short business or vacation breaks.

Try to ask for an apartment that is facing outward as the inner apartments have a rather personal view of the adjacent tower!

All members of staff speak English to a high standard.

The small supermarket in the arcade accepts cash only. There is an ATM in the foyer and one in the adjoining Hilton Hotel.

Booked the Platinum Apartments, and on arrival, was informed there was a technical problem with the room.
We were told to go around the corner to another Platinum property, where we were to be given a better room at no extra cost. Excellent service from the off.
The room was modern, in the 20th floor and offered good views. An extra toilet in addition to the bathroom was welcomed.
Not far from Central Station and only 2.5km from the Old Town, the hotel is well located and there are some cafes etc in the complex. The nearby tram stops/line showed on google/apple maps are closed, but taxis are cheap and there is a pay as you go bicycle network.
I'm very impressed with Warsaw, our accommodation and the people are welcoming and service in bars and restaurants excellent.
A great city and will visit more of Poland in future
