It's not easy finding a spot by the side of this very large lake where you can just drive up and park. The shores have in the main all been cordoned off and made private access. The places that are public access are overcrowded and not good for disabled access.

I went there to kayak around with friends. There are many other water sports available you can take advantage of including sailing and motor boats. There are also a lot of traditional polish restaurants surrounding the lake that make for a great lunch/dinner what have you :)

good location and decent area, but nothing extraordinary.
Stay away from Lufthansa, there are better ways to fly!

Though the surroundings are nice, the water may not appear to be cristally clean, nearby restaurants are pretty expensive, no sailing rules govern the lake and it takes ages before you can make home from there on a weekend.... avoid
