This place is just a few steps from the Old Town barbicane, in a cellar under one of the nearby buildings. It serves proper quality Mexican-style food (mostly tex-mex), sometimes with "special effects" like a Zorro-like guy shooting his (fake) gun into the air to the appropriate tune (i think it's for the "explosive dessert", which has a burning fuse sticked into it). All the personnel have Mexican-themed attires which looks very nice.
Their Fajitas are really proper, and Jalapeno peppers with cheese are really good. The service is nice, too, though they act somewhat too much surprised when you don't order alcohol.
You can simply order your food a'la carte here, or make a reservation, even for a large group, like a small company event.
Oh, and remember, when making a reservation, that there are two The Mexicans in Warsaw - the other one on Foksal Street. Don't confuse the phone numbers, which once happened to us!
