I asked for a recommendation from the Hilton hotel concierge, and was glad to have taken their advice to go to Folk Gospoda. I ordered the beef goulash, which was pretty darn good. It came in a crock-like bowl, with a nice flaky crust baked on top. I added a side of gnocchi to dip in the goulash, at recommendation of the waitress. which really paired well. This meal reminded me of my mom's beef stew, which has a warm place in my heart.
