Description: FOR THE FEW NOT THE MANY Culiinaria has been for years a place were eating and drinking are just a part of something much bigger: spending time together, sharing, enjoying. Where Italy meets Poland and Italy does the cooking in an uncompromising manner. The way we cook is simple: the traditional Italian way. We don't create – only geniuses can create and there are just a few of them – we re-create Italy abroad. We cook a Carbonara the way it is supposed to be prepared and we call it Carbonara! This is our innovation.

Came here with a group of friends and would highly recommend. The menu is in Italian but the waitress was happy to help translate. The food was extremely nice, though the odd dish was a bit slow. Overall a lovely time

Culiinaria is one of those places that stand out and remain in your mind when many others fade. It's small and quirkily decorated, with a quaint and eclectic mix of furnace, paintings and all sorts of wonderful objects, giving it a feel of a crammed family-run Italian place, behind a nook of some sunny Neapolitan side-street.

Culiinaria stands out by taking an on-the-go approach to its menu - whatever is fresh and looks best on the market that day makes up what they serve.

With wonderfully friendly and genuine owners and staff, good food (including best tiramisu I've ever tasted and I've tasted aplenty around the world), it's a no brainer. Book your table early - there aren't that many of them.

We reserved at short notice (for a 3-generation family group of 10). There was a friendly welcome and we were quickly served antipasti and then a mix of pasta, fish and meat dishes, as well as house wines and water. The food was very tasty, all explained clearly, and we particularly appreciated the home-made desserts. It was a simple yet very enjoyable meal at reasonable prices.

We were lucky to get into this lovely restaurant without a reservation. It is a small place, like a family home, but the cooking is far better! The proprietor is very friendly and helpful, all the staff have excellent English. The food is authentic Italian, they do not offer pizza :)
