Description: Since the very beginning (1961) Mozaika Café was a local phenomenom, the symbol of upper Mokotow and the main place for artists, jurnalists and politicians. This is the favoriute place for Krzystof Kieslowski- the great director well known around the world, who in late 70ties and 80ties was a long-hour guest at Mozaika. Andrzej Wajda or Jerzy Hoffmann were also often drinking schnapps there between the cuts and scenes of their movies. Mozaika attracted people with its incredible atmosphere and the delicious polish couisine. Two years ago Mozaika was rebuilt and redecorated. New owner took care of all the details, that makes every stay comfortable and intimate. In menu there are not only polish couisine offer but also the owner created a menu based on balcan cuisine, to combine the elements of tradition and culture with a pinch of contemprorary ideas.
