A strange gay bar (rather than a restaurant) with something cold (not cool!) about it. The staff is rather kind though sometimes you need to wait some time to be served (even a beer). Most of the guests aged 30-50. It's not the easiest place to meet a stranger, rather a place to go with friends or for a lunch (the food is not bad).
It's a shame that the staff don't react to guests behaving far too loudly for a bar in the evenings - sometimes it's simply impossible to have a chat because you can't hear the person you're talking to.
As compared to Berlin or London the place may seem a bit poor. But as for Poland - not the worst. It used to be an ordinary bistro; some 2-3 years ago it definitely became a gay bar (no darkrooms) but girls and straight guys are welcome. Sometimes gay-bear parties go on there.
